So much gratitude for the chance to celebrate this weekend. We gathered, we laughed, we listened to the incredible @iamhannahhasan bring Luscious Mother to life again, and we celebrated @lumoleadership turning five. It was pure magic — full of love, light, and the kind of joy that lingers.

Sharing a proud full circle moment that I had a few weeks ago when I met up with Dr. William Sparks - my friend, coach, mentor and professor when I had the opportunity to share the 29 Day Gratitude Journal - the very reason I created it was so that I could become more present to the good that was occurring in my life and quite frankly it has exceeded my expectations by way of it being the gift that keeps on giving!
