So much gratitude for the chance to celebrate this weekend. We gathered, we laughed, we listened to the incredible @iamhannahhasan bring Luscious Mother to life again, and we celebrated @lumoleadership turning five. It was pure magic — full of love, light, and the kind of joy that lingers.

It’s not just an event; it’s a movement celebrating the brilliance and impact of Black women in the food sector. At the #BlackWomenInFood Summit, we’re going to dive into the heart of the food industry, exploring the intersections of food with media, wellness, marketing, funding, sustainability, and so much more. This summit is where passion meets action, and I am honored to contribute to these powerful discussions. Join us for a transformative two days of insight, inspiration, and community. Sharing a proud full circle moment that I had a few weeks ago when I met up with Dr. William Sparks - my friend, coach, mentor and professor when I had the opportunity to share the 29 Day Gratitude Journal - the very reason I created it was so that I could become more present to the good that was occurring in my life and quite frankly it has exceeded my expectations by way of it being the gift that keeps on giving!
